Clubessential, LLC - Lead Designer [Mar. 2003 - Jul. 2005 ]
Creative lead for all internal and external engagements. Work closely with account managers to fulfill all clients' web design requests. Design and create graphics and code HTML for private clubs within the parameters of company's web-based product. Collaborate with sales and marketing team to develop all digital and print advertisements as well as the product GUI development with the programmers to maximize design flexibility in existing and future enhancements. Train and supervise junior designers to work with account managers in fulfilling clients' web graphic design and production.
