Created design prototypes to present the stake holders to win new projects. Works include DailyFinance, Quotes and Portfolios web and desktop applications design, WalletPop (personal finance site and iPhone app). Designed and established global pattern and standards across all AOL programming products and services in accordance to the brand strategy. Documented and distributed guidelines that articulate standards and best practices for everyone who creates the AOL experience.

Worked with art directors, content editors, and team of designers to fulfill graphic design requests. Developed innovating design solutions to deliver enhancing user experience for the AOL channels including: Money & Finance, Small Business, Black Voices and Horoscopes.
Clubessential, LLC - Designer 3/2003 - 7/2005
Creative lead for all internal and external graphic design projects. Worked closely with account managers to fulfill all clients’ web design requests, created graphics and coded HTML within the parameters of the company’s web-based product. Supported sales and marketing team to develop all digital and print advertisements. Collaborated with developers to enhance the product to maximize design flexibility and provided graphic user interface design.
Freddie Mac - Designer Consultant 4/2002 - 3/2003
Worked with art director to design, update, and improve the corporate intranet. Helped enhance the information architecture and usability by designing easy-to-navigate graphic user interface masthead. Developed multimedia presentations using Flash for various conferences displayed to attract visitors and promote the Freddie Mac brand.

Commissioned to work on various creative projects including entertainment promotional videos, weddings, and documentaries. Roles include filming and directing, storyboard and conceptualizing, video and sound editing, motion graphics design and production, graphic design, DVD interface design and authoring.
Proxicom, Inc. - Designer 4/2000 - 3/2002
Worked with Creative Producers, Art Directors, and other Designers to produce high-end, creative web solutions. Designed graphics and animation that arouse interest and reflect the branding strategy that the client has determined. Created storyboards, and solved the user interface issues that challenged the web production project. Supported sales and marketing to win new projects by designing proposals and presentations. Site designs include: Nike, Timberland, Toyota, and Elisabeth.

Created graphics and animation for computer and web-based training products for multimedia training and learning. Provided graphic design solutions to correct problems that would interfere with visual training capabilities. Products include Telcordia’s Radio Transmission Fundamentals Series CBT CD-ROM and GM Finance University Web-Based Training (WBT) interface design.
